I like that it has all of our data in one place so we can access everything as needed to keep up with opportunities without having multiple systems or spreadsheets open at once! It's very easy to use but also offers more than just CRM functions - there are many other features which make this tool even better!! The customer service could be improved by adding additional support staff who understand how complex business needs work best when using technology tools. This would help us feel confident about implementing new ideas into an already great product. We have been able solve problems related to tracking leads through each stage from initial contact until close/won.
