Seems to work, temporarily incremental
Seems to work but it takes a while to register the temp and it jumps... for example I turn it on and the air temp registers. Then I put some meat in and the temp reads 90, then 106, then 127, 165 for a few seconds. It's not clear when the temperature estimate will be made, and it doesn't add any specific value to the numbers. or in a certain time interval.
