bad quick couplers

Bought this sensor set in October but only used it a few weeks ago. Very bad fast connection. It was difficult to connect the low pressure fitting. When I was done, I literally couldn't turn off the high pressure quick release. I've used similar sensors before and haven't had this problem on fast connections. If I had a choice I would return it for a refund.
