I have just finished the first of two stockings I bought for my little granddaughter - one for her house and one for me. Looks even better than the picture, mainly because of the glittery sequins. I'm an experienced handyman but this took longer than I expected (it's not the last minute, a week of a Christmas project) but it was worth it. I've seen some comments about faded glitter. Some of mine had faded on the back but looked nice on a stocking. I had many materials; more than enough beads, sequins and dental floss. In reviews of other stockings I saw reviews, that there was not enough floss and difficulty threading the needle. I wondered if those who don't know embroidery know the term "skein". I think the instructions could have made it clearer that the thread consists of six threads that need to be broken down into the required number before use. This fact can be in the instructions. If so, then maybe it should be more visible. The instructions suggest laying out beads and sequins on paper plates. I've found that using a regular egg carton works really well and keeps it compact. that the thread consists of six threads, which must be divided into the required number before use.
