Easy to install. All you have to do is figure out where the red wire should go, the rest is easy. Rostra suggests drilling a hole for the handlebar grip after testing the cruise, but I don't recommend this as the cables (with the connectors installed) won't go through that tiny hole unless you have the strength to pull the cables to separate. from the plug, or it's not a pity to cut them off and use tape instead. Anyway, I'm so happy with it, especially when I towed my TT 100km one way over the weekend. Pergormance doesn't look quite like cruise control in other cars, but hey, now I have it at an affordable price and I'm happy to do it myself.
