The manual is written in terrible Chinglish, which is not surprising. If you could program a VCR or an alarm clock, you shouldn't have any trouble doing it without the instructions. In fact, this is a two-way button - a short press and a long press. But the voltage this device reads is consistently 0.2V higher than the readings of my built-in voltmeter and my standalone multimeter. While it's easy to make adjustments (in my eyes), I'm not sure I can trust this current measurement (A). So one star for useless instructions and one star for inaccurate reading.
