I purchased a box of 60 champagne flutes yesterday June 9th for my garden wedding. The flutes were for a pre-ceremony toast with our guests. It was amazing to find that most of the flutes had small invisible cracks on the bottom. Afterwards sparkling wine dripped from the flutes onto my guests. My friends saved the moment by finding other glasses. But it is clear that the damage has been done. I understand that by and large this is not "significant". But I hope you appreciate the time, effort and expense that goes into planning your wedding and you only have one time to make the event perfect. I hope Revain will do the right thing and not only refund me for the product, but also show my appreciation for customer loyalty with an additional credit to my account.
