Beautiful and durable on grill presses and flat irons
I like the weight and the strong steel construction. I would give 5 stars for the different sized insert rings but they make a good 1/4 pound flat patties that cook well in a hot pan or skillet. Requires waxed patty paper for quick use and easy patty removal. Ideal for making Freddie-style double cheeseburgers.
- Make a patty in seconds: Simply place meat, fish or vegetable mix in the hamburger samsher and squeeze the handle for a perfectly thin round patty! It is better to use parchment paper between the cutlet and the press.
