Absolutely unbelievable.

You just can't say it any other way. From the overall design of the monitor itself to the image quality and built-in security features to prevent damage to the screen, this display is simply stunning. needs serious improvement. First, the packaging leaves marks on the display, which looks awful, and while some reports state that they've never been able to remove these marks from their panels, mine came off fine with just a small amount of screen cleaner and a napkin. I also don't like that there is no way to personally update the firmware. This results in having to buy a brand new panel when better firmware becomes available, which is a bit silly given the price of this display. Blacks aren't good when you're in a brightly lit room, as ambient lighting issues can affect enjoyment of the display, so I find it's most comfortable in a darker room anyway, which is where I mainly use it. There's no HDMI 2.1, which is very disappointing as it affects the ability to take full advantage of this monitor on a gaming console. However, that doesn't concern me, because I have a 55 inch LG Oled for such cases and especially for computer games. Luckily for me. The ultra wide aspect of this display was. and an adjustment period. While the overall quality of this is incredible as mentioned above, it's worth noting that it requires a lot of tweaking when using typical 16:9 displays and you'll mostly see this in things like watching YouTube videos and movies, and in some video games. You'll especially notice the difference in one of my worst examples, Hell Let Loose. I absolutely cannot play it in 21:9. I just can not. It's so stretched and disgusting I almost threw up. And it sucks, mostly because it's one of my favorite games and 16:9 leaves black bars on the sides of the game, which isn't a big deal, but I digress. So don't expect all your games to look perfect to you when you get this and you may have to make compromises. [Praise and Tips] Honestly, I have nothing but praise for this display. I found it best to sit a few feet away from my desk with a controller or wireless mouse and keyboard on my lap. Personally, I use HDR 400 True Black instead of the HDR 1000 variant, because in my opinion, of course, it looks insanely better, darker, more valuable and more atmospheric, this was especially true in the campaign of Modern Warfare 2. Overall, I really enjoy it. Display, I hope it lasts a very long time as I babysit it the same way someone might recommend babysitting an OLED. I personally use Brave browser with Darkreader extension, dark windows theme, screen saver removed from desktop after 2 minutes, hide taskbar and make sure there is no static red anywhere in any games. I really like that this panel automatically refreshes the pixels after four hours of use when I turn it off. That doesn't mean this panel is prone to burn-in at all, it's an OLED panel after all. most likely like a meteor hitting your house, and even if SOMETHING you do everything I recommend and it still blows up, Dell has your back with a three-year warranty. Just make sure you register it on their website when you receive the display. However, and I can't stress this enough, this display, like any OLED display, probably isn't the ideal choice if you're someone who works from home and has a silly time in front of your computer. This is pretty much perfect for gamers who play for a long time and have something constantly happening on the screen. Again, I love this display, it's nothing short of a game changer for me and I'm looking forward to the future of legacy monitors. I'm in no rush to upgrade my pc to 4090 and 13900k to play 4k 120fps and as the owner of both a 4k OLED and now this one imo there really isn't a noticeable difference and it's perfect for my pc with current ones specifications . Couldn't be happier can't rate it higher trust me you will want this villain when he comes back and not scalped for 1600.
