Zi Coated Screws: I've had no problems with these grommets when used in wood with proper pilot holes. Less than I can count, one arm lost its head under the torque. Every time because I did something I shouldn't have done. I use an impact driver unless the wood is soft, fragile, thin, or otherwise prone to cracking or chipping. In these cases, I use a regular adjustable clutch drill bit. I have not applied them to concrete, masonry or any type of sign.
