This seal is simply the best. As you know the 3.8 Town/Country is a bear on the back of the engine, there isn't much room or visibility even with the wiper box removed. But this set cannot be drawn. The rubber bushings contain a metal spacer that prevents you from over tightening (within reason) and damaging the plastic valve covers. I have used a 1/4" hex socket with swivel extension to get into tight spaces without removing the intake plenum. Has stopped losing a liter every 1000 miles, definitely worth the effort. NOTE. I have this tried a few years ago and stopped because i couldnt get the wiper arms off.most pullers point to the end and come off the top of the bolt when tightened.this time it hit me,just insert a small screw into the top of the bolt to center the tip and it is removed immediately, then nine bolts and a couple of connectors and you remove the entire wiper pan and have easy access to the rear of the engine.
