Racks worked great when first installed. Easy installation and perfect fit. However, after sitting all night when I lifted the lid of the toolbox, they got stuck. I had to apply extra pressure and then they seemed to pull at the spot and then fully expand and lift the lid. After this first use they were smooth again. When they were again allowed to sit in the contracted position for about 10 minutes, they exhibited the same behavior. It's like they get stuck at the first expansion, the initial first inch or so. Then, after the first stick, they open and close smoothly. I sent them back. We will order another brand. EDIT February 22, 2021 - The company contacted me and offered to exchange the frames. They've been pretty active (multiple emails) to make sure I'm happy and willing to ship me replacement racks direct. I was in a hurry and ordered a different brand. With their active customer support, I'm not afraid to give them another chance. I will give the company a higher rating and two stars here for my experience with this particular order.
