That their customer service is outstanding, that they are extremely fast, efficient, and professional in both work and communication. I have never had a problem with them. They do what they say they will, when they say they will. Their prices are fair for the quality of work they offer (which is excellent). Sometimes we need to move fast. The whole process takes time and so it would be nice if we could just send off an invoice or get paid immediately. But that's not the way things work and we understand that. So far everything has been fine with us. Thanks to Kargo we were able to set up our website in no time at all and they are providing great support.
