They're junk, but you can make them work.
These are wall hooks, they come with dowels, how could they screw that in place Well, let's see: 1) the dowels aren't strong enough. (Use others) 2) The threads of the screws are not aggressive enough and twist in the dowels. (Use others) 3) The attachment point goes to a flat wall, so why didn't they spend an extra half second to completely smooth out the contact points on the top instead of making a rounded tube there? (Crush with a hammer) If you repair them, they work. If you want the perfect setup out of the box, spend a little more for better quality. They're junk, but you can make them work.
