Excellent first line of defense
I would recommend this to anyone with a wood stove in the house, we have about 40 feet of brick chimney in front of our house. I conscientiously clean the chimney before the heating season, but when we went on vacation for a week in the winter, and when we came back, I lit the stove with paper and kindling. The stove seemed to put out the fire in the chimney instantly and got my blood pressure back to normal! I immediately ordered two more fire extinguishers and calmed down. Thanks Meeco for saving my house!
