I have four kids and they love pancakes. I usually make them Kodiak pancakes and they love it. I saw this brand and wanted to try it. First, the macros on it are great - I included a picture comparing the nutritional information between this pancake mix and Kodiak brownies and this one has way more protein. I also love how it's made with ingredients I know and there aren't too many of them. I made two batches of pancakes: I added bananas to one and blueberries to the other. My kids ate the pancakes and they really liked them. The mixture was easy to use and blended well for me. My only problem and the reason I won't buy it again is that it's expensive. I can buy Kodiak tortillas for about $0.25 an ounce, and they're about $1 an ounce. When I feed my family, they eat a lot of pancakes, and I've used almost the entire package to make pancakes for one breakfast. Kodiak cakes serve us much longer. I think if it were just me then that would be fine, but when you're feeding more than a few people making pancakes can get expensive, especially when you can buy protein pancake mixes which are very similar and a lot cheaper.
