We purchased these collars for our cats. We liked the bright colors, but we actually bought them because of the clasp. Our cats just break out of break away collars and the standard belt-buckle style collar is hard to get on and off (our kitties like to take their pants off for aggressive neck scratches). The size is easy to adjust. We've never had an issue with the clasp and they're still totally functional after a year of use. The cats did manage to tear them up a bit however. Since we were getting new cat tags, we decided to do a refresh. Otherwise, we would have just stayed with the original ones we purchased. Solid cat collar.
