These remotes were dispatched the next day. All three remotes were in their boxes, and those boxes were inside a larger box. It's very easy to set up these remotes from my powerful Mule remote. Just copy the location of the contacts. These remotes have 9 pins versus 8 pins on the mighty mile. You can't leave the last pin in the middle. You have to put it on or put it down for it to work. These remotes come with a battery and last 3 times longer than the MM remote. I would buy them again if I ever needed more remotes. I believe most of the bad reviews are from people who don't read online instructions and move the last pin up or down. Do a little research before you buy like I did and you won't have any trouble with these remotes.
