Shoes ripped to date right after returning, need a new pair only worn 10 times.
The rubber band on the right boot was severely torn when I put it on shortly after the January 30th return date. I wore them a maximum of 10 times. Otherwise, I liked the comfort, they are definitely large. I usually wear size 11.5 shoes. This size 11 was probably 1 size too big as it fits such a large size but still rips. There is no contact information to contact the manufacturer, this is the only way to ask for a new pair. I need a new pair of shoes, please. I tried to fix it with super glue, it broke again.
