Review on Voltage Cutting Machine Display Accessories by Clint Miller

Great value for money

To be honest I wasn't expecting much. I used to have a commercial plasma cutter but got rid of it because it required a lot of electricity to run. I decided it was time to get another one as cutting discs can only do so much. I looked at many of them, from the more expensive $2,000 cars to the port charters, and settled on what I considered a cheap investment since it was only $300, defiantly on the lower end of the price spectrum . When it got here it was well packaged and required very little assembly, so it was up and running in minutes. I put some tape on the air fittings as I have read that they tend to lose air you will need to trim the air hose to the correct length as it is way too long. It came with a 120v cord as well as a 220v cord and a small bag of tips and cones. I didn't even read the brochure, I just set the car to 20psi. Automobile. Today I cut a 1/4" weld and two sheets of 1/8" rusted steel at the same time at 20 PSI and 36 amps like they didn't exist. I'm very impressed with this little machine and as long as it doesn't burn out over time I'd recommend it better and require less amps to cut, wire brush. Tip after each use and make sure to sand the surface for best results. While I think it's every bit as good as my old commercial block and about 1/10th the size, these things go a long way covered.
