Not so durable, the wheels fall off

There is a wheel that keeps falling off. The backpack part is amazing and very comfortable. It says it can carry up to 15lbs like my cat but he is comfortable in it. There is no space at all. Though that didn't seem to bother him. It's perfect when I take him to the vet. I use it more as a backpack than rolled up.
