The original OEM product worked perfectly!
The product arrived and was exchanged in a 2017 Kia Sportage within 45 minutes. The passenger door was broken, this product fixed it perfectly. I had to remove the glove box and trim but once that was removed it was a breeze! Hopefully this will last longer than the factory unit, although not a reasonable price and easy repair compared to buying it in a store.
