
I have contacted the warranty seller about my order. The seller called me back and said the warranty is one year. I was delighted, need a replacement, reported troubleshooting. The seller replies that I never bought the product. So I don't think there are any guarantees for this as the seller has no idea what they are doing. The seller came back to me and found my order. After I posted the screenshot. Suggested as I used it for 10 months I was eligible for a 50% refund. Won't tell me what the warranty covers. $10 isn't worth fighting a reseller but the person is terrible customer service. And they just don't get it. I sincerely feel that they think they are right. If you offer a guarantee against defects, simply fulfill it, no questions asked. It's 10 dollars.
