The best thing about swivel is that they have an excellent customer support team who are always ready to help you out in any way possible, even if your issue can be solved by yourself! I would like more features added such as better integration between different modules (e-commerce etc.) but this might not happen anytime soon considering their current focus on expansion within India market. We use Swivels eCommerce module mainly because we wanted our customers to buy online without having to come down to one of our offices or warehouses.
