I ordered this to hang various things around the house. I tried using a 6mm x 40mm yellow anchor. I drilled the appropriate 4 dowel holes, placed the dowel in a drywall. The anchors sat in the wall, as I had expected from such anchors. Then I put the screws in. Had it all the way down, down to maybe a millimeter or so, the thickness of what was hanging. I was then able to use my fingertips to pry the screws out of the anchors 1/2 the length of the screws. These dowels do not serve their sole purpose of holding drywall screws. I have no doubt that if I tried to hang something on these anchors the screws would come all the way out of the wall.
