Review on Siskiyou Chicago Bears Hitch Cover by Ricky Habbani

I bought this good quality clutch about 6 months ago after the letters fell off and it became discolored I had to take it off. This is totally unacceptable. I would appreciate a replacement or refund. I want a replacement because I like it a lot but not in this condition. Quality control is critical to a product's success and a company's reputation.
