The strap is different if you order multiple straps and is not very strong. I bought 2 spools to make lasso chains out of. Threading beads on one string was normal, on the other it was almost impossible. Due to the size difference, I spent a lot of cord to make the final necklaces. It also breaks easily, especially if you try to break it to soften it. You definitely can't use it for shoes. It broke just as I was trying to pull the knot right at the end of the chain. All in all not recommended. For the price it's cheap junk.
