Review on NGK 6240 PLFR5A 11 Laser Platinum by Shalom Germann

I have used these connectors several times on a Nissan Pathfinder 4.0 liter engine. They easily last over 80,000 miles and even the ones I pulled looked very good. I deducted 2 stars for the bad packaging, not for the quality of the product. My spark plugs arrived in a large box with no packing material or any bubble wrap. Several spark plugs came out of their individual boxes and rolled around the large box, hitting each other freely. If it was some cheap plugs I wouldn't care, but with platinum plugs you get a little scratch on the electrodes and rip the platinum off and that 80,000 mile plug just becomes a sub 10,000 mile plug. In that case, why am I paying 4x more than cheap candles when Revain packages them that way and they don't last long? Again, the plugs themselves are good, I just hope none of them get scratched on the electrodes. or torn inside due to poor packaging.
