These LED strip connectors make installation easier. Soldering is the gold standard for any electrical connection, but the time and complexity of my build made me give it a try. and I'm glad I did. The installation was under my kitchen cabinets. I've had quotes from electricians and DIYers who wanted over $500 and a minimum of 3 days. You laugh?! It was enough for me to get to work. Numerous curves, obstacles and running wire to hide from view made the project uninteresting. Soldering would double the setup time and get on my nerves. And these bulbs are subject to daily/constant on/off cycles since they are connected to an Alexa switch. Not to mention the everyday kitchen hazards. My fears were unfounded as it has been over 3 years and my LEDs under the cabinet are still working. My reviewers wanted 3 days and a lot of money. I spent less than $100 and did it all in 5 hours.
