Other reviewers have spoken to the leaky lid and to the finish that chips, but while the Hydro Flask Travel Coffee Flask (which also leaks!) has a grippy and more durable coating, it doesn't stay nearly as hot for nearly as long as this does. And I like the design of this lid better than Hydro Flask's—no getting coffee on my button nose.Read the instruction booklet that comes inside it, as it's especially helpful regarding taking apart the lid and cleaning (with diluted vinegar and baking soda WHICH, I DISCOVERED, REDUCES IF NOT RIDS THE PLASTICKY TASTE OF THESE TYPES OF LIDS!). **It has to be reassembled to just the right amount of tightness for liquid to flow through it. Customers complaining about not getting any liquid mustn't have adjusted it precisely upon first or repeat use!'**Note: The size/color options are unclear. The first "16 oz" shows the old colors that I don't know whether or not are Klean Coat, but the second "16 oz" shows the newest colors that ARE Klean Coat -- as the "16 oz (Klean Coat)" obviously is.Also, Wild Orchid is like the color of the flower -- magenta in real life (versus fuchsia in images).
