Review on 🍴 Miu France 10-Inch Granny Fork: The Small Kitchen Essential by Jennifer Christensen

and I'm very happy with it

I can't find grandma's forks in stores anymore, so I decided on these after various offers on the internet and I'm very happy with them. It took a little getting used to as I've only used shorter handled forks in the past, but I prefer the longer handled, especially when hot oil is around like when I'm making tortillas for enchiladas. This is a well made fork with a shank that goes all the way through the handle so the fork doesn't separate from the handle like my recent El Cheapo pairs. The teeth are well formed and strong enough for my use. Some reviews have complained about the strength of the steel but I don't see a problem. I use my grandmother's fork for easier cooking. If I wanted to flip a rib rack, I would choose a different tool. To me, this is the perfect grandmother fork.
