This fork is great for cooking meat or anything where you need to hold/grip food to get it out of the pan. Good fork for serving.

I like these forks. I've been looking for this forever after losing the only thing I had. They are large and great for flipping bacon etc.

A lot of people don't know what grandma's forks are, but I find them indispensable in the kitchen, mostly because my mom used them and I've used them all my life. I recently lost both of my grandma's forks so I had to buy a new one, it's a bit longer than the ones I had but I've gotten used to it and they are great for cooking and many other useful uses.

It's light and pretty enough for a table setting and cutting helper when my big one doesn't fit, but strong enough. I was concerned that the plastic grip would be slippery when wet, but it isn't. I watched it to death before buying, hesitant about the price but glad I did now. The stainless steel runs the full length from tip to end without chipping. I like it. Dishwasher safe which is a plus.

I can't find grandma's forks in stores anymore, so I decided on these after various offers on the internet and I'm very happy with them. It took a little getting used to as I've only used shorter handled forks in the past, but I prefer the longer handled, especially when hot oil is around like when I'm making tortillas for enchiladas.
