Does what it's supposed to do
I found it easy to assemble and adjust to different sizes and positions. I mounted the 43 inch TV on a pre-installed slat of wood that the previous owners of my home had left on top of the fireplace. I was able to place it, so I used an existing wood mount and was able to position the TV over a shelf in the fireplace but not too high to see. I was worried about getting it right, but this mount was very easy and flexible to use.
