I bought this jacket for rowing not cycling but it does exactly what the $150+ specialized jackets do at a fraction of the cost. It's waterproof and windproof, yet lightweight and doesn't restrict movement. I usually wear a medium size, but went for the large size to allow room for layering on colder days. That plus a base layer and a hoodie keeps me warm in temperatures up to 20 degrees. In fact, I reach for it on chilly mornings even when I'm not rowing. For the price you really can't beat it.
