I bought this product. I used it once. They said we should kick this party out. I waited a day (the instructions say not to do the second batch right away), the batch burned out and the spinning arm stopped spinning. The good news is that before I touched it I put some water on it to make sure it wasn't hot. It was, and there were little black residues everywhere. So, the kitchen is clean, and this is in the Dumpster. I am trying the $44 version which arrives on Sunday. I'd say spend the few bucks more the first time.
