I use a lot of magnets for many purposes and needed bigger and stronger magnets. I have others of the same size that I bought from a specialty magnet store that I really liked. Others are probably more expensive, but they are also much stronger than this one. They're solid, but I seriously doubt the N52 rating they claim. My others are N52 and probably twice as strong. Another issue is the finish, I almost cut myself on the sides in a stack as some of the chrome is peeling off making it look like little razor blades. I think it's a Chinese N52. That being said, they cost a little over $1.15 each, and I think the real ones I bought are about $2.50 each. So unless you need to be super strong, they're a good deal.
