UPDATE: Support contacted me after this review was posted. I have already refunded the money and offered to send a new set of cartridges. Thanks to the customer service I increased my rating to 3 stars. When the cartridges arrived one of the black cartridges was slightly leaking both inside and outside the plastic packaging. I only installed it after cleaning. I lasted several days, just a few pages, before it dried. The second black cartridge I installed was fine at first, but after a few weeks of very infrequent use it now says it is "faulty or not compatible with the printer". The color cartridge I used was initially not recognized. I had to fiddle around and reinstall and eventually it worked, but the colors didn't print very clearly - some had change lines and whatnot. waste of money.
