At first the ink was smeared in places but while I was using it it worked fine. Used about 5 times so far. So far very satisfied. If all goes well I will order the mascara from you again if needed. I don't use my printer that often, but when I do it's nice to know I can get ink at a lower price with remanufactured cartridges. Many Thanks.

UPDATE: Support contacted me after this review was posted. I have already refunded the money and offered to send a new set of cartridges. Thanks to the customer service I increased my rating to 3 stars. When the cartridges arrived one of the black cartridges was slightly leaking both inside and outside the plastic packaging. It was a great price so I reluctantly tried them out to save a lot of money. The first black cartridge worked great and I printed some long tax returns and more. Then I suddenly got an error message from my printer that the cartridge was defective. Was replaced with another which I was told was defective. Well I tried one cartridge and it worked for about 20 copies. Then I tried a second cartridge and it didn't print at all. So I bought a very expensive HP cartridge to try in my printer just to make sure it wasn't my printer. However, my printer worked prior to these two cartridges. Very disappointed as I thought I had found a lot.

These ink carts did not work in the printer as advertised, I am very disappointed and feel like false advertising to entice the customer to buy. We went on vacation in February so we lost the window to come back. Ugh, we're a valued customer and hoping for a refund. Thank you for your consideration. We also did some troubleshooting to figure it out and it's still not working.

I ordered this ink last year when I thought I was running low on my HP57 color toner. It's not like this. So far I've only put the package on hold. When I opened the three pack, there were only two black cartridges! It's too late for me, but I warn you - don't buy it!

These ink cartridges fit perfectly in my Smart Printer HP PCS 2510. Black and color printing test passed. I've only printed a few pages and everything seems to be working and printing fine. Only time will tell if these ink cartridges dry out too quickly or last a long time.
