The package arrived in good condition as expected, however the instructions were not well written which was a problem. You have to guess how to get through it and the youtube video left a lot to be desired. It assumes too much and leaves too much behind. It only makes sense once you start installing it. It's durable and sort of doubles the cargo space, which is great if you only drive to Costco or BJs, HOWEVER, this unit also limits your cargo space in some ways. This storage compartment is more of a stationary device. So if you're installing a bulky, boxy piece of furniture in the cargo area and need to level the 2nd row seats for extra space, this storage module gets in the way. You just can't stand it. You have to unscrew it completely, which can be inconvenient. I'm thankful I don't often have to haul large, bulky items, but living in a city I need to protect my cargo space, so thanks. I'm really surprised there isn't a supplier that makes a plain trunk lid for the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that just pops off like the Jeep Liberty Sport.
