Well thought out, poorly executed. And don't count on frantic customer service, it's almost non-existent. One of the hooks holding the shelf in place is too long and is held on a round shank with flimsy set screws which were snapped off when received. The grip block screws were stripped as well, so when I wanted to fix the problem I recut larger holes and used larger known quality set screws. .One hook holds but the other is almost 1/2 inch longer making it unusable as is. Installed on a 2015 JKU shelf, installed with no problems and works very well. The shelf itself was scratched and dented but not enough to make a difference as we plan to put a non-slip mat on it. It opens and closes securely and installation was relatively easy. Bomb protection. Installation was easy and everything went well with my 2016 JKUR. It's heavy and solid. The downsides are that the burst of throttle to go up and down is pretty much useless. Once you lower the tray from its open position, it no longer comes into play due to the design of the anchors.
