Review on Compact Colgate Enamel Sensitive Toothbrush by Linda Nelson

Revainrating 2 out of 5

This product is not the compact head version

The item name does not match what we received. (This is not the "compact head" version of this toothbrush.) You need to fix that. In this list, the brush is on the left, and the compact head is on the right. I need a compact head so this was a big disappointment. Not only is the head bigger, but if you look closely at the photo, the bristles around the middle cup are different. I definitely prefer the bristles on the compact version. Both types have hard bristles straight out of the box, but these will soften over time. The compact brush softens faster than the brush on this list. Aside from the issue of getting the wrong product, I would rate this brush a 3. But given the pain in the gums and bleeding that comes with getting used to the larger head and waiting longer for the bristles to soften, I'd give her a 2.
