Unit was working great until it broke down just 7 weeks after purchase. The RMA process started well with clear information from ASUS on the status page and regular updates for the first few days, but after I received an email stating the device could not be repaired and a representative would contact me , I received no reply. Email (8 business days and counting). I have contacted support multiple times and seem to be repeating the same printed confirmation that I will accept an exchange with no clear date on when I can expect the PSU to be returned. The strong onset of transparency in the RMA process only leads to increased frustration as the follow up is really poor. I'm a big fan of ASUS parts in general and have even made a few laptops from them, but the RMA processing definitely ruins their reputation for great products. I will update this review over the next few weeks and the score will change accordingly.
