Description of ASUS ROG Strix 850W White Edition PSU: Powerful & Efficient, ROG Heatsinks, Axial-tech Fan, 0dB Technology, 80 Plus Gold Certified, Fully Modular, 10-Year Warranty

ROG heatsinks cover critical components. Lower temps result in a longer lifespan and reduced noise. Axial-tech fan design features a smaller fan hub that facilitates longer blades and a barrier ring that increases downward air pressure. Dual ball fan bearings can last up to twice as long as sleeve bearing designs. 0dB Technology lets you enjoy light gaming in relative silence. An 80 Plus Gold Certification is the result of Japanese capacitors and other premium components. Cosmetic customization is enabled by a magnetic logo and stickers that help you reskin the visible side to your liking. Fully modular cables keep your rig neat and tidy. 10-year warranty included.

The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

Seasonic in the Asus case is a good block. Has pros: Good unit, lots of cables, a set of stickers and magnets in different colors. Got cons: Cables are rigid, PCI-E 8 + 8 cables, I have a card with additional. food and preferably on 2 additional lines. 8pin connectors just hang.

The best thing for the money, Im glad I chose this option.

Excellent bp pulled 3090 without problems, Hong Kongka 7 3700x processor 6 coolers, 2 ssd m2. 100% reliable! What can not be said about competitors from gigabyte aorus! Take the srix horn and don't worry. DO NOT SAVE ON PSU! Miser pays twice. Your system will burn down and you will completely collect a computer for nooy and there is a much higher price tag than 13 thousand.

Pros
  • Quality! it's a line of horn strix! Ease of installation (wires are not tight, flexible) braided wires. Branded stickers for the truth of the fans - the majors of the line! Packaging (each cords, screws, etc. in branded pouches with the logo of your favorite company)
Cons
  • There are none! Price? Well guys, if you want to keep your hardware in stable work, pay! Do you want everything to burn out from a power surge? you to aerocul.

Best price for this product, will buy more!

I bought a power supply, since my be quiet! Straight Power Platinum 750W did not draw out after upgrading the video card to RTX 3080 Ti, sometimes the computer simply rebooted due to OPP / OCP operation, Nvidia 3000 series cards, especially the top ones have a chip to consume up to 500-600W in short moments of a few milliseconds, due to Nvidia itself recommends an 850W PSU for the 3080Ti/3090. If you look at the reviews on Guru3D and TechPowerUp, this line has top performance in its price…

Pros
  • Very high efficiency, for ASUS they are produced by Seasonic, that is, the best quality of components among competitors and the best design of the board, additional ASUS heatsinks
Cons
  • I didn’t find it, especially considering that it was cheaper than analogues in this category

Noise Internal power supplies

Has a 0db setting and is quiet. There is a slight low-level fan hum that becomes more noticeable as the system heats up. But that's to be expected.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No power

Great PSU, mediocre cables

Love the actual PSU, aesthetically pleasing to the eye until you get to the cables and start routing them. Even with cable combs, the cables don't want to get caught and stay in place. It's a bit sad that after spending a few hundred dollars on a high-end power supply to get the build I wanted, I had to spend another $100 on some cables from an outside source.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some bugs

Reliable Computer Components

Absolutely Looks fantastic in my case. Cables should have these ridges that hold them together nicely, but unfortunately that doesn't happen. But it still looks amazing and works great. The 10-year guarantee is also great. Therefore I award 5 stars. Don't pay more than $190 for it if the price goes up. Matches the color of my case perfectly. (see photo) X299 Mark1, 10900x, 2080TI, 64GB 3600 ddr4, Enermax 360 refillable AIO, 2, 1TB Samsung 860evos, 1 1TB 970evo NVME. 4TB external. ETC.

Pros
  • Very Impressive
Cons
  • Boring Packaging

Whole and perfect for the 30 series!

The kit contains everything you need to build the latest generation computer! I just finished my Ryzen 9 5900X with an RTX 3080 and I'm not sacrificing performance, it's pretty and looks good, the cables are smooth and flexible.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Everything is OK

Stylish color for a beautiful power supply!

Bought for a new case to achieve a mostly white build. Everything looks great and I love the white cables. The installation went smoothly and without any problems. Modular power supply so everything was a breeze. Could use cable combs but it looks really great!

Pros
  • Internal power supplies
Cons
  • It was possible to choose a newer model

Great PSU, so-so cables

I love the actual PSU which is aesthetically pleasing until you get to the cables and start routing. Even with cable combs, the cables don't want to get caught and stay in place. It's a bit sad that after spending a few hundred dollars on a high-end power supply to get the build I wanted, I had to spend another $100 on some cables from an outside source.

Hoping for a working unit

Unit was working great until it broke down just 7 weeks after purchase. The RMA process started well with clear information from ASUS on the status page and regular updates for the first few days, but after I received an email stating the device could not be repaired and a representative would contact me , I received no reply. Email (8 business days and counting). I have contacted support multiple times and seem to be repeating the same printed confirmation that I will accept an exchange with…

Pros
  • Internal components
Cons
  • Broadly ok but...
