I used this massage oil to massage my husband's aching shoulders because I knew the essential oils in it could really help relieve pain, stiffness and pain relieve muscle pain. The oil smells good, although I'm not particularly enthusiastic about the scent. It's like a herbal cinnamon scent, not as tasty as some of the cinnamon clove massage sticks I've used in the past. The oil did not irritate my hands or my husband's shoulders in any way and we felt like it was being absorbed. comfortable on his skin so that he feels clean enough not to have to wash it off afterwards. He didn't feel much of a difference in pain relief afterwards, apart from the standard relief that a short massage can provide. Since I'm not completely in love with the scent, but appreciate this product, I'm giving it four stars.
