Mostly sufficient, but doubtful.
The main screws that hold it together and act as a hinge have loosened and fallen out. I had to replace the nuts with a nylon insert lock nut to prevent this. A cotter pin in a screw would be better. Your life may depend on this little dime problem. Shame on the seller.
