Inexpensive but great shower!
If you take a knife, nail or other sharp object and pull out the filter, you will get the water pressure you need from this showerhead. Leave the rubber washer and you probably won't even need the tape that came with it. I'm very picky about shower heads and have a collection of these, but this is my favorite right now.
