Ahhh how I love this hook! I have never used the tulip brand and really like it. The ergonomic handle is great. This is comparable to the Clover Amour hooks, which were my favorite hook for a while. This grip has a concave curve where your thumb holds it, making it really comfortable, and rounded where your finger holds it. Unlike some others with flat surfaces which I really don't like, this impressed me. I also love how the handle feels! The real hook is great. It has a deeper angle that actually grabs the thread. I hate hooks that are flat. And the tip isn't too round or too sharp, which is especially important with a hook this small, because poking skin can hurt, but you really have to get into tiny places with it! The crochet and this crochet gave me no problems!
