I ordered this helmet for my 14 year old son. He is 55 cm tall, which puts him at the highest level Small or the lowest level Medium. Thinking it would be bigger we chose Med. Received it today but although tightened as tight as possible it was still loose enough for him to slip his fingers between the helmet and his head. So we found that the size chart is wrong. There are also two bosses with protrusions on the ends of the inner adjustable plastic frame on the back. Because the helmet was so loose (moving) my son found these protrusions/ridges hurt. However, the helmet fits me well and I have not encountered any issues with the lugs/ridges. In any case, we'll trade it for Small.
