This torch did exactly what it was supposed to do. I see a lot of negative feedback on point cutters. The key to this is to limit lateral movement by drilling a small pilot hole for the center pin. You also need to keep the drilling speed low or you will wear out the cutting head prematurely. As a test, I wanted to see how many spot welds I could do with one nozzle. After about 40 spot welds I noticed that it cuts a bit slower. As a further test, I wanted to see if I could sharpen the cutting head. I took a small file and sharpened the cutting head. As I suspected, it started cutting like new again. With all the extra cutting heads and sides to the cutting head, that's a lot.
