These filters have become a great replacement for my Shark. Changing the filter only took a minute or two. Fits perfectly. I would happily buy them again. I noticed that some people gave this filter bad reviews and said it doesn't fit because the foam filter doesn't completely fill the filter box on the vacuum cleaner body. I think these people don't understand how a filter should fit. The foam cylinder does not completely fill the filter cavity in a vacuum. The foam filter is placed on a plastic support with a gasket at the bottom to ensure tightness. There is free space above and around the foam filter, allowing a large volume of air to flow through it easily. Air enters the core of the holder from all sides of the filter, which then directs the airflow down into the disc filter. A foam filter that completely fills the filter box of a vacuum cleaner lets in much less air. The foam really isn't small; gap is intentional.
